✅Hit your protein target first, then fill out the remaining calories intake with carbs and fats.
✅lift heavy than what you probably use to for Three to Five days a week in gym being consistent.
✅do a One to Two HIIT session in between if you enjoy that sort of program.
✅If not stay active throughout your day doing non-gym activities.
